| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析的方法 ,对葫芦岛市发展海洋经济的优势与劣势、机会与威胁进行了详细的分析和论证 ,并对葫芦岛市今后海洋经济的发展提出了一些有益的建议 ,对葫芦岛市全面实施海上发展战略具有一定的指导意义。
