| 摘 要： | 当前高等教育投入不足是我国高等教育面一临的突出问题。教育是面向未来的事业,从教育投资理论和教育投资的属性、特点来看,教育投资既是今日所必须的消费性投资,更是明日扩大了的生产性投资,它注重一定的经济效益,更注重社会效益。扩大高等教育投入,必须要进一步统一认识,进一步确立国家和各级地方政府投入的主体和主渠道地位,为进一步加大政策扶持力度,充分挖掘高等教育自身资源构建多元化、多渠道筹措经费的工作平台和运行体系起到推动作用。

| Abstract: | Insufficient input in higher education is a harsh reality in China.Education is a cause making every preparation for the future.Educational investment theory indicates that investment in education is a necessary consumption because it will become productive in the future.Education investment expects economic benefits,but emphasizes more social bene- fits.Governments at all levels should forever be the major investors,giving continuous sup- port to the development of higher education.Colleges and universities,however,should also make best use of their own resources by establishing a system of diversified channels of fund- raising. |
