| 摘 要： | 土地对农民具有特殊的重要性,因而保障闽台农业合作中农民合理的土地权益,对深化两地农业合作意义重大。由于当前农地承包经营权权能不完整以及农民自身保护能力较弱等原因,致使合作中农民的土地权益遭到侵犯。为此,应当通过完善农地承包经营权、健全农地租赁市场、创新农地合作模式以及提高农民组织化程度等方式,来维护合作中农民正当的土地权益。

| Abstract: | The farmland is highly important to peasant,so protecting the farmer′s land rights is significant for deepening the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.Because there are defects in the contracting and operating right to farmland,and the peasant′s protective ability is weak,some of the farmer′s land rights have been violated.In order to defend the peasant′s legitimate farmland rights,we should perfect the contracting and operating right to farmland,complete the farmland leasing market,strengthen the organization of peasants,and innovate the farmland cooperative methods. |
