| 摘 要： | 截至2010年，我国民办教育机构有11．9万所，但目前上市的却只有十几家，而且都是在国外上市。哪些因素影响了我国民办教育机构上市？本文分析影响我国民办教育机构上市的主要因素，通过解释结构模型方法找出关键性因素，对进一步完善民办教育政策提出建议，以期为准备上市的民办教育机构提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | By the end of 2010, there were about 119000 private education institutions in China. However, there are only a doz- en that have been listed so far and they are 0.11 listed in foreign countries. What factors are affecting the listing of China＇s private education institutions？ This article analyzes the main factors influencing private education institution＇s listing in China. It gives the suggestions on the improvement of private education policy after the analyses of the key factors via Interpretative Structural Modeling Method. The research will be of referential value to the private education institutions preparing to be listed. |
