To learn and form a good working as well as studying style is not only the political attributes, but also a good tradition of our Party. Stepping into the new century, our target is changing from learning in the traditional sense to build a learning Party, which is a new idea, a new orientation and a new project for our Party and all level of Party branches to innovate the Party＇s construction work. It is an important move in improving the the Party＇s building scientifically.
