| 摘 要： | 近年来劳动争议案件一直呈上升趋势，并且经济发达地区一直都是矛盾纠纷的多发区。这表明越是经济发展就越需要重视和谐劳动关系的建设。广州经济社会发展在全国走在前列，构建劳动关系有成功的经验也面临许多问题和压力，需要重视和加强构建和谐劳动关系的对策研究。

| Abstract: | In recent years, cases related to labor dispute are on the rise. Developing districts are always the focus of those cases, which indicates that the more developped a district is, the more attention should be paid on the construction of harmonious labor relationship there. Guangzhou leads the development of economy in China, and has some successful experience on the construction of labor relationship, but she also faces lots of pressure. Solutions on improving the construction of harmonious labor relationship should be valued. |
