摘    要:工作应激是组织和员工个人必须面对的问题。由于工作环境是物理、社会、文化、心理诸因素交互作用的场所,因此工作应激物复杂多样。工作应激影响员工的工作绩效和身心健康,必须用组织的和个人的方法加以管理。

Abstract:Working stress is a problem which the organization and the staff individual must face.Because working environment is a place where the factors of society,culture,psychology and physics interact,working stresses are various and complicated.Working stress has an effect on employee's working performance as well as physical and mental health,so it must be managed by using the ways of the organization and the individual.
