| 摘 要： | 政治文明是指人类生活的进步状态,和谐社会是社会发展的必然要求。两者是有机统一,相互促进的。政治文明是构建和谐社会的题中之意,和谐社会是政治文明发展深化的坚强后盾。它们统一于全面建设小康社会和社会主义事业的整体布局。
