| 摘 要： | 中国古代社会的廉政文化是一个以儒家思想为核心、兼容各派学说、规模宏大、结构庞杂、内容丰富和体系完备的廉政理论体系。它包括传统社会的廉政观、民本观、德治观、吏治观、法治观、制衡观、教化观和修齐观。传统廉政文化是传统社会实现政治清廉、社会和谐、经济发展和文化繁荣的精神支柱，是当代中国廉政文化建设的主要根基。

| Abstract: | The ancient Chinese incorrupt culture is a sophisticated and comprehensive system, which is con structed according to Confucianism and is compatible with various theories. It includes such views in the traditional society as incorruption, peopleorientedness, rule of virtue, supervision of officials, rule of law, check and bal ance, morality and selfcultivation. The traditional incorrupt culture constitutes the spiritual pillar of political incor ruption, social harmony, economic development and cultural prosperity in the traditional society, and is the main foundation of the clean government construction in contemporary China. |
