The British boardroom: Time for a revolution?

This paper establishes a profile of executive directors who control and implement strategy within the boardroom of Britain's largest companies. It will argue that many of the observed characteristics fail to match those necessary to effect successful economic performance within a scenario of low market growth and structural change.
