A study of cross-examination in civil trials |

| Abstract: | This paper, based on a theoretical explanation of the concept of cross-examination,makes an alalysis of the constituent elements of cross-examination, then goes on to make a comparative study of the scope and inethod of law system between the continental law system and the Anglo-American law system, and finally, through a meditation of the cros-examination procedure being carried out in China, puts forward a model of cross-examination for China to choose. |
