| 摘 要： | 面对传统经济发展模式给人类带来的资源匮乏、环境污染、生态恶化等问题,人们逐步认识到未来经济发展模式是循环经济。循环经济是一种以资源的循环利用为核心,以环境生产为前提,以自然资源、经济、社会协调发展为目的的新型经济发展模式。循环经济理念有其产生的背景及发展过程,这种新型的发展模式对我国经济发展会产生连锁反映。

| Abstract: | Facing the negative factors of traditionally economic development model, such as short of resource, pollution of environment, worsen of ecology, people gradually agree the sustainable development strategies. Recycle economies are the models of economic development in future. It is an entirely new model with circulative utilization of resources as a core, environmental production as a prerequisite and harmonious development of natural resources, economy and society as a purpose. There is a background and process of the idea of circulative economies and the new model of the development will produce a great impact on the economic development of our country. |
