| 摘 要： | 人的心理是由多个要素组成的动态系统,如果组成这个系统的某个要素或系统对外部环节的反映陷入不正常状态,就会出现心理冲突、心理失衡,出现心理问题。如果能找到教师心理问题产生的根源和解决心理问题的办法,就能消除教师心理的困惑,教师就能全身心投入到工作中去。

| Abstract: | People's psychology is a dynamic system which is composed of various factors. If one of the factors is out of order or the reflection of the system is abnormal, there might appear the psychological conflict and imbalance, hence, the psychological problems. If the root cause and solution can be found, the teacher's psychological puzzlement can be eliminated. Then teachers can engage themselves into work wholeheartedly. |
