Their growth directly decides the country's competitive ability. The want of natural resources is the ever-lasting topic of high-tech enterprises. How to farther develop the investing and fund-circulating space of high-tech enterprises in the background of China is to join WTO, has important and far-reaching realistic meanings. We analyse the existing problems from the present situation of high-tech enterprises raising funds in the investing markets of bank loan, stock exchange, risky investment and utilizing foreign capital.We put forward countermoves and advise suitable for the future new program in the perspective of enterprises'self-adjustment, the sound development of investing markets, and the support of national policies.
