| 摘 要： | 行政法律规范冲突具有多种表现形式,相应地,其解决方式也呈现出多样化的特点.但只有找到解决问题的根本路径,才能铲除我国行政法律规范冲突这一顽症存在的根基.对应行政法律规范冲突产生的根源,利益的制约和协调成为根本路径之一.同时,与"利益"有着密切联系的"权力"也需要予以规范,因此对立法权的界分和对行政权的整合则是解决行政法律规范冲突的另一根本路径.

| Abstract: | There are diversified solutions to a variety of conflicts between the administrative politics and regulation; But only with fundamental solutions to this problem,can we eradicate the base of such contradiction.For example, one of the many crucial solutions is to seek out the sources of conflicts,coordinate and restrict interests.Meanwhile, power closely related to"interest"should be regulated as well. |
