关于加强艺术表演专业实训教学的思考

实训教学是艺术表演专业培养高素质应用型艺术人才的关键和核心,目前尚存在着管理欠规范,基本功能欠完善,评价标准缺乏科学性,教学过程缺乏必要的归纳和总结,教学中缺少配套的指导性教学计划和教材、学生的认识不足等问题。要充分发挥实训教学的作用,应着力构建独特的艺术表演专业实训教学体系,逐步完善实训教学的管理制度,强化特色实训教材建设,完善实训基地建设,造就＂双师型＂的师资队伍,走＂产学研＂结合的道路。

Consideration into Enhancing Practical Teaching in the Major of Artistic Performance

Practical teaching is the key and core of cultivating applied art talents with high qualities.At present some problems still exist.There is no standardized management,the appropriate basic functions,as well as the scientific criterion.During teaching,the cases of necessary summaries and conclusions not being made,enough teaching plans and materials unavailable,and insufficient understanding of students still exist.We should make full use of practical teaching,laying stress on constructing unique practical teaching system for artistic performance,gradually to refine the management regulations,develop practical teaching materials and construct practical training bases.The double-quality type of faculty is to be built up and meanwhile the mode to combine producing,teaching and researching is to be formed.
