| 摘 要： | 乡政与村治的关系是村民自治过程中的基本关系之一。在现实的村民自治过程中,乡政与村治之间实际上存在着一种博弈性冲突。乡政与村治间博弈的发生,从根本上说,是由于双方的权力竞略和利益诉求造成的。解决乡政与村治的博奕问题,其目的就在于达成双方共同受益的合作博奕。为了实现这一目标,需要建立良性的权力对接机制,构建合理的利益流通渠道。

| Abstract: | The relationship between township government and village self-governance is the basic one in the process of villagers' self-governance. In this process, there is a conflict between township government and village self-governance. Basically to say, the conflict is due to the competition between the town and villagers for power and interest. To settle this conflict, the key is mutually beneficial cooperation which needs good power-connecting mechanism and rational way to allocate the interest. |
