| Abstract: | This paper indicates some problems resulting from the students' lack of mental preparation for choosing to be teachers as their profession before they entered the normal university, analyses the problems existing in the present educational courses, which are used to increase the prospective teachers' basic quality, and puts forward some countermeasures to resolve them. |
