地缘战略是以空间关系为基础的国家战略。特殊的资源、区位条件和民族构成、历史文化使新疆具有欧亚政治板块的接合点、石油战略上的敏感地带、陆向开放的前沿、地缘政治轴上的桥头堡等综合地缘战略优势,并成为我国陆权的枢纽。该文认为认识并利用这种优势对开展与中亚及世界各国的互信合作,巩固我国的陆权及空间安全,具有重要意义。

Realizing the Geo-advantage in Xinjiang from the Geo-strategy Point of View

Geo-strategy is the national strategy on the basis of special relation. It is always used as the practical rule of the international relation. After the cold war, the hegemony guidance of the western geo-strategy has challenged the safety of the land-right. Xinjiang is the hinge of the land-right in our country in accordance with the special resources and superior location, ethnic composing and historical culture. So it has the integrate strategy advantage of the sensitive terrain in oil strategy, frontier of the land opening, bridge tower of the geopolitic axis. It is very important to realize and utilize this advantage for the inter-credible cooperation with middle Asia or other countries, so as to solidify the land-right and space security.
