论唐代巴蜀地区酒业

摘    要:巴蜀地区酿酒源远流长,自古盛名。唐代巴蜀地区酒业兴盛,可以从如下三个方面反映出来:主要酒产地和酒品众多,其地理分布与当时巴蜀地区的经济格局大体一致;盛产各种黄酒和配制酒,并具有历史悠久、浓郁醇厚、清香滋润等特点;酒肆林立,饮宴盛行。唐代巴蜀地区酒业的兴盛,为如今独树一帜的巴蜀名酒打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:The liquor business in BaShu Area,which is best known,has a long history.Prosperous liquor business in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty,can be reflected by the following three aspects:First of all,there were many main areas which produced liquor,as well as liquor's varieties,and their regional distribution in accordance with its economic situation then;Secondly,the area produced a variety of yellow rice liquor and confected liquor,which features as age-old,full-bodied,fragrant,and so on;Last,liquorshops spreaded all over,and feast was very common in the area.The liquor business prosperity in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty have laid a solid foundation for the present local distinctive wines.
