金融危机环境下我国基层乡镇公务员素质的再塑造

服务型政府的建立，和谐社会的构建，新农村建设的实现，是中国政府的具体职责和既定目标，尤其在面对世界性的金融危机的大背景下，中国国内大批制造业倒闭，楼市、股市泡沫，大批返乡农民工等严峻形势的出现，中国政府面临着巨大的挑战，这就要求公务员整体素质的提高，作为与广大群众面对面接触的基层乡镇公务员来说，素质的再塑造尤为重要。我国基层公务员素质的现状不很乐观，在此基础上提出一些可供参考的对策。
