改革以来快速城市化进程中的长江三角洲地区乡村,围绕房产和宅基地所形成的家庭财产关系结构较之公社时期更为复杂.改革以来农民以房产为主体的私产的发育有了很大的进展,但家族共财的观念似乎仍然根深蒂固地存在于农民的观念世界中,传统的道德评判和互惠的公平原则还仍然在发挥着应有的作用,这似乎是一个悖论,但也只有从农民家产关系的实践形态中才能对此做出相对合理的解释.

The Development of Private Property and the Habit of Sharing——The Practical State of Property Ownership in Rural families in the Changjiang River Delta Since the Implementation of Reform

Since reform was implemented, the urbanization process has been accelerated in the Changjiang River Delta. The structure of family property ownership based on real estates has become more complicated than that in times of communes. Farmers' private property, especially real estates, has experienced rapid development, but the idea of sharing within the ki`ndred is still deep-rooted in their minds, traditional moral judgments and the fair principle of mutual-benefit still functioning. This seems to be a paradox, which can only be rationally interpreted from the practical state of farmers' ownership of property.
