蛰伏与进取:中国的对外开放之路

从中国百年历史的回顾,指出对外开放政策是正确的、必然的、符合客观规律。它不但曾经在中国历史中发挥举足轻重的作用,而且坚持对外开放政策也是中国经济持续发展的利器,是促进社会平稳发展的重要推动力。根据对外开放发展的特点,本文将其划分成3个阶段:1840年—1992年,中国与世界的"磨合期;"1992年—2001年,中国与世界的"蜜月期;"2001年至现在,中国与世界的"摩擦期",纵观随着全球化浪潮起起落落的中国之路,只有改革开放才是发展的出路。

Dormancy and Gumption:the Road for China to Open to the Outside World

Review of China’s history in recent one hundred years indicates that opening-up policy is correct,necessary and fitting for objective law.It not only has played an important role in modern Chinese history but also is a China’s sustainable economic development tool and an important force to promote the stabilized development of the society.According to the characteristics of opening-up,this article divides the one hundred years into three phases: 1840—1992 is the "run-in period" of China and the world,1992—2001 is the "honeymoon period" of China and the world and 2001 to the present is "friction period" of China and the world.Through studying China’s opening-up road with the up and down of the globalization,only implementing reform and opening-up policy,can China have the road to develop.
