| Abstract: | As the cultural symbol and tangible wisdom representative of the Northern fishing nation, fish skin clothing, on one hand, deduces the living art of the combination of ＂utility＂ and ＂aesthetics＂ ; on the other hand, reflects such contents as specific folklore, religious belief and aesthetic emotions. Furthermore, the ecological space, the transmission mode and protecting mechanism of intangible cultural heritage, which focused on the manual artistry of fish skin, are also elaborated in this paper. |
