我国社会变革中的大学生就业制度

我国大学生就业制度的改革经历了从计划经济体制下的"统包统分"到市场经济体制下的"双向选择,自主择业"这样一个过程。变革后的就业制度推动了高等教育的改革和发展,促进了人力资源的优化配制,引起了社会观念的转变。然而就整个大学生就业制度而言,和目前我国飞速发展的经济跃进和日趋严峻的就业前景还不完全相适应,还有待于进一步的研究完善和改进。

Discussion on the Employment System of College Students in Social Changes of China

The reform of the employment system in our country experienced from "unified management and integrated distribution" of the planned economic system to "two-way choice and independent job selection" of the market economic system.This employment system after reformation has promoted the reform and development of the higher education,advanced the optimized allocation and caused the transformation of social concept.However,speaking of the whole employment system of college students,it can not be compatible entirely with the rapid development of economy and the severe prospect of employment and it needs to be further refined and improved.
