弗莱雷"对话式教学"的核心理念及实施策略

摘    要:巴西教育家弗莱雷提出的以"解放教育观"为指导的"对话式教学",超越了传统的教育观和教学观,其核心理念是对学生的人文关怀。而实现充满人文关怀的"对话式教学"可有以下策略:回归学生主体;实行提问式教育;生成主题;调查思维;将研究引入教学;强调高效率的教学;重视学生的个性心理品质;力求知、情、意、行的统一发展等。

Abstract:Brazilian educator Freire put forwatd the "Dialogue Teaching"guided by idea of "Liberated Education",which is superior to the traditional education and teaching idea because of its key idea of humanity toward the students.The strategies to implement the Dialogue Teaching include:taking the students as center,teaching with questioning,generating topics,investigating thoughts,putting study into teaching,improving teaching efficiency,highlighting the individuality of students and pursuing the overall development of quality.
