| 摘 要： | 1949年以来,两岸关系经历了60年的风风雨雨,而今,终于迎来和平稳定发展的新契机.两岸关系已由李登辉时期、民进党时期的"螺旋对抗"进入"螺旋上升"的新境界.党的十七大报告中提出要牢牢把握两岸和平发展的主题,建设两岸和平稳定发展的新框架.根本途径就是培植两岸更多的共同利益,建设两岸共同体,最终完成两岸的统合.
