| 摘 要： | 当前,越来越容易的受高等教育的机会和越来越高的学费支出成为中国家庭一个不可迴避的矛盾。利用人力资本的理论对高等教育实施收费作一点分析。认为,在市场经济的环境下,向受教育者家庭或本人收取学费是必然趋势,并且收费的标准也将逐步提高。

| Abstract: | Many families in present China are faced with the more accessible opportunity to receive higher education and higher tuition at the tertiary institutions.The paper attempts to analyze the tuition practice in higher education from a human capital perspective.It argues that in the market economy,it is an necessary trend that families or students pay for high-education and the tuition will be higher in the future. |
