摘    要:创新是当代社会发展和高等教育的主题。实施创新教育,开展研究性教学,培养高素质医学创新人才,是时代赋予高等医学教育的历史使命。医学高等教育主要体现于教学的全过程,本文着力分析目前高等医学院校在创新教育方面的问题,结合我校教学实际,从课堂教学、实验教学、临床教学、课外教学和教学评价等几个方面提出研究性教学的方法,树立现代教育观念,营造大学生的创新学习环境,逐步实施高等医学创新教育,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的医学人才。

Abstract:Innovation is the theme of modern social development and higher education.It is a historical mission our age has entrusted to higher medical education to foster creative medical talents of high quality by developing innovative education and research-oriented teaching.Higher medical education is mainly reflected throughout the whole process of teaching.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis on current issues concerning creative teaching present in higher medical schools.Based on the analysis,in the light of specific teaching conditions in our university,the author proposes research-oriented teaching in terms of classroom,experimental and clinical teaching,instruction after class,and evaluation on teaching,in attempt to boost contemporary concept for education,to construct a creative learning atmosphere among university students,to gradually put into effect creative teaching in higher medical education,and ultimately to nurture qualified medical personnel of innovative spirit who would boldly practice their creative capability.
