| 摘 要： | 矿产资源开发利用的生态补偿问题，一直以来就是学术界关注的热点问题之一。整体而言，学术界对矿产开发利用生态补偿的研究主要集中在矿产资源开发的生态补偿内涵、补偿模式以及补偿制度与法律法规等三个方面。文章在评述前人研究成果的基础上，给出了未来的研究展望。

| Abstract: | Ecological compensation of mineral resources development and utilization is always one of the hot issues in the academic circle. Overall, the study of ecological compensation of the mineral development and utilization mainly focuses on ecological compensation meaning, ecological compensation mode and institutional and legal regulations of ecological compensation. The article reviews previous research, and then gives future research directions. |
