| 摘 要： | 陕西省悠久的化底蕴可以成为发展化产业的最宝贵的资源，陕西省具备发展化产业的人才条件，具备发展化产业的前期基础，通过化产业的发展可以创造大量的就业机会。在陕西省发展化产业，要积极进行化产业投入，并致力于培养高质量的化产业人才队伍，同时，还要注意进行化产业的发展环境建设。

| Abstract: | The long-established cultural heritage in Shaanxi Province can become the most valuable resource for the development of cultural industry. Shaanxi Province has talent conditions and first-stage basis for the development of cultural industry. Developing cultural industry can create a good many employment opportunities. In order to develop cultural industry in Shaanxi Province, it is necessary to actively invest in cultural industry and try to educate high-quality talent for it. Meanwhile, enough attention should be paid to environmental construction for the development of cultural industry so as to ensure healthy development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province. |
