摘    要:近年来,相关性理论作为衡量企业效率的理论基础,日益受到关注。它认为企业是一个包括一系列相互作用的要素的开放系统。在这个动态系统中,每个元素都为整体做出贡献,同时寻求扩大自己的生存机会。本文在介绍相关性理论的基础上,采用委托-代理理论,研究了采用相关性考核的一个优点——可促进企业中管理人员的沟通。

A game analysis on rating method based on the multiple constituencyapproach promoting the communication among managers
Abstract:In recent years, the multiple constituency approach has received increased attention as a theoretical basis for measuring organizational effectiveness. It views the organization as an open system composed of a set of interdependent part. Each part contributes something to the whole and seeks to maximize its own chances for survival in a dynamic environment. This paper studies one of its benefits that the rating method based on the multiple constituency approach can promote communication among managers in an organization .First of all, this paper describes the multiple constituency approach. Then, it analyzes the benefit of the rating method employing the principal agent theory.
