| 摘 要： | 农民工物质生活、精神生活和政治生活的劣势地位呼吁农民工NGO的建立,但我国的农民工NGO尚处于起步阶段。作者通过对比分析海南外来工之家和北京打工妹之家这两个农民工NGO的发展历程,归纳出农民工NGO在创建中应具备的基本条件和发展中面临的困惑,指出促进农民工NGO的发展需要全社会的共同参与和帮助。

| Abstract: | The disadvantageous position of farmer workers in material, mental and political life calls for the establishment of NGOs, which is at early stage in China. By comparing two NGOs for farmer workers, which are located in Hainan and Beijing respectively, the paper has arrived at basic conditions and problems related to the establishment and development of NGOs for farmer workers. It points out that the development of NGOs for farmer workers needs assistance from all walks of society. |
