摘    要:人才是社会与事业发展的核心力量,能不能拥有人才、重视人才、用好人才,关系到政之兴衰和国之存亡。成功的管理者必须“识才”、“容才”,用自己的德才吸引和感召人才,并在“人尽其才,才尽其用”上有超常的胆识、能力和艺术,能因事设岗、因岗择人、量才录用,做到用人之长必能容人之短和“疑人不用,用人不疑”。

Abstract:The talent is the key force for the development of society and enterprise.Whether we can have the talent,pay much attention to them and utilize the talent relates to the political prosperity or decline and the national existence or destruction.The successful administrator must distinguish the talent,hold them,and attract and recruit the talent with his own morality and talent.At the same time they need have the superior courage and wisdom,the ability and art in the fact of "displaying their ability and playing their role as far as possible in the talent".They can establish the corresponding posts according to business,choose the suitable talent according to the corresponding post,and measure the talent and then hire them.When they utilize the talent's strong points,can forgive their weak points and assure of "not using the suspicious and when having chosen a person for a job,not suspecting him".
