人才是社会与事业发展的核心力量,能不能拥有人才、重视人才、用好人才,关系到政之兴衰和国之存亡。成功的管理者必须“识才”、“容才”,用自己的德才吸引和感召人才,并在“人尽其才,才尽其用”上有超常的胆识、能力和艺术,能因事设岗、因岗择人、量才录用,做到用人之长必能容人之短和“疑人不用,用人不疑”。
