| 摘 要： | 本文认为社会分工形成的技术效率是经济效率的物质基础,制度因素对其实现有重要影响,分工的技术效率决定潜在剩余控制权,制度因素决定形式剩余控制权,从而构建了以分工为基础,以剩余控制权配置为核心的经济效率分析框架。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author points out that the division of labour is the basis of economic efficiency and that the technical efficiency of the division decides the potential residual rights, of which the formal ones, however, are determined by the institutional factor. As a result, a framework is given of analysis of economic efficiency based on the division of labour and the allocation of residual rights. |
