| 摘 要： | 大学生是当今社会中一个比较特殊的群体。大学生特殊群体的安全保障 ,是由一系列为大学生安全服务的组织和人员来完成 ,构成一个完整体系。体系中的组织和人员依据各自工作权限 ,通过完成其工作职能 ,实现保障大学生安全的目的。
