| 摘 要： | 报道了采用文竹未成熟胚进行培养 ,诱导产生愈伤组织 ,然后再分化成植株的培养方法。指出了有利于愈伤组织生长 ,芽、根分化的培养基及适宜的自然温、湿度条件。进一步报道了小植株移栽时应注意的问题。
