| Abstract: | Enterprise is the female parent of culture. Corporate Culture shows that the most fundamental problem in the enterprise development stratege is initiation of manpower capital, i.e. incentive to man. Initiation of manpower capital with diversified corporate culture favors the realization of multivariable manpower capital value. |
