中美韩三国女子高校校训比较及其启示

与美国、韩国女子高校的校训相比,我国女子高校校训在句式、内容、内含等方面与之存在差异,并暴露出特色不够鲜明、内含不够明晰、贯彻不够深入等弊端。在校训内容上,我国女子高校要寻求大学文化与女性(或性别)文化、东方文化与西方文化之间的平衡。在校训机制上,我国女子高校要坚持深入提炼与科学解读相结合,增进共识与认真贯彻相结合。

Comparison of Women's University Mottos between China, US and South Korea

Compared school mottos of women’s colleges and universities in China,the United States and South Korea,we have found differences in style,content and culture.Chinese school mottos have been found to be weak in terms of characteristics,definition and further implementation.In the context of school mottos,Chinese women’s universities need to seek a balance between university and gender culture,Eastern and Western culture.At the same time,they need to further refine and apply scientific interpretation and further implementation of school mottos.
