| 摘 要： | 一、"微循环改造"悄然降临大栅栏 随着2005年6月<北京大栅栏地区保护、整治和发展规划方案>的通过,"保护"成为大栅栏改造的主要内涵和最终定位.按照这个规划思路,大栅栏的改造不再采用"外科手术"模式,而以"活血化淤"代之,即所谓"微循环".
