Abstract:Supersaturated design is one type of fractional factorial design where the number of columns is greater than the number of rows. This type of design would be useful when costs of experiments are expensive and the number of factors is large, and there is a limitation on the number of runs. This paper presents some theorems on three-level supersaturated design and their application to construction. The construction methods proposed in this paper can be regarded as an extension of the methods developed for two-level supersaturated designs.
