| 摘 要： | 近代以降,诸子学走向复兴,作为其中一支的管子也日益受到学者关注。时值民初,胡适将《管子》定为伪书,梁启超颇受其影响,修正了以往的部分学术主张。此时期管子研究因之出现从阐释到辨伪的学术新转向。
