| 摘 要： | 科学文化乃是人类掌握世界的态度中区别于宗教态度和经验态度的方式,是人类以人的方式掌握世界的文化态度。科学文化在根本上规定着人类认识和改造世界的水平,规定着人类与外部世界进行物质、能量和信息交换的范围、程度和方式,从而也在根本上规定着人的发展。忽视和否定科学文化对于人的发展的积极意义,甚至把它看作是压抑人的文化,这不仅是错误的,而且是十分有害的。

| Abstract: | Scientific culture is a kind of cultural attitude for human beings to master the whole world,which is different from religious attitude and experimental attitude.It essentially regulates the human ability to recognize and change the world,prescribes the scope,degree and manner of exchanging material.Energy and information between human and world outside,and stipulates the human development finally.Therefore,it is not only wrong,but also harmful to neglect and deny the positive significance of scientific culture or even regard it as something inhibiting human development. |
