| 摘 要： | 国有企业代理问题的解决是一个复杂的系统工程,本文主要从建立严格的相关制度和法律保护产权以及改善产权治理结构两方面进行了论述.就前者而言,目前最为关键的是财会活动的独立化和约束化;就后者而言,最为关键的是引入竞争机制,使对国有企业的监督与市场经济融合起来,因此提出了引入监督公司的设想.
