| Abstract: | Scientific development view is an action guide to developing resources of human talents in industrial base of Northeast of China.The development of resources of human talents is inevitable requirement to scientific development view,at the same time, building to correct scientific development view is applied in the process of developing resources of human talents in industrial base of Northeast of China,and we take it as a guide to work out a series of the important measurements. |
