| 摘 要： | 大学生就业和创业不仅需要大学生的个人努力,更需要党和国家、地方政府、高校的大力扶持。党的十六大以来,三方不仅把它作为一项战略任务来部署,在资金、税收上给予很大优惠,而且在提高大学生创业素质如成立大学生创业培训营和创业学校,建立创业协会,进而推动大学生创业实践如等方面也进行了有益尝试。

| Abstract: | Appearance and development of enterprises run by college students demands their individual efforts,and support of the Party and government and colleges and universities.Since the 16th Party Congress,great efforts have been made in three aspects.Not only is it planned as a strategic task,and preferential treatment is enjoyed such as capital and tax,but also makes many attempts in developing college students' qualities for starting the enterprise by means of establishing training camps and training schools and setting up association for starting business. |
