| 摘 要： | 随着农村经济的发展和新农村建设的推进,农村生态环境问题日益突出,成为影响农村社会经济可持续发展的重要因素。从农村生态环境现状入手,分析了生态环境保护在新农村建设中的战略地位,并在分析我国农村生态环境问题成因的基础上,从法制角度提出了保护农村生态环境的有力措施。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of rural economy and the advancement of new rural construction,the protection of countryside eco-environment is increasingly prominent and becomes an important factor for the sustainable development of rural social economy.Based on an analysis of the status quo of the eco-environment protection in the countryside and the strategic status of environmental protection in the new rural construction,the present law system of eco-environment and its foundation in the countryside are discussed and effective measures for better protection in the countryside are proposed. |
