| 摘 要： | 由于信息社会的飞速发展及创建学习型社会的严峻挑战以及缩小馆员素质与时代发展的要求等原因,创建学习型图书馆正成为时代的迫切需要。为此,领导应高度重视,建立和健全各项机制,同时,加强思想政治工作,提倡奉献精神,确保创建活动健康有序地进行。

| Abstract: | It's urgent demand for times that we establish study-mind library,because of development at full speed of imformational society and severe contest of study-mind society.For this reason,leaders should take it seriously,establish or perfect all kinds of mechanisin,strengthen thought and political work,and encourage the spirit of present with all respect in order that we ensure establishing actitivies orderly. |
