理想女性与女性理想之间：高校高学历女教师角色压力及疏解

Between Tradition and Reality: The Role Stress of the Highly Educated Female Teachers in Universities

As ＂traditional modem women＂, the highly educated female teachers in universities have intense desired needs for self-development, subjective consciousness and achievement motivation; yet, they are often troubled by job burnout due to academic pressure. As ＂modem traditional women＂, the single female teachers have some troubles in getting married, while married ones are painfully hesitating between family and career. After all, the stresses from various roles are originally owing to the conflicts between the traditional social expectations and modem pursuit of value. Relieving these stresses needs the concerted efforts of the whole society to promote the positive development of social gender culture; these female teachers should have their own rational cognition about themselves and improve their ability to adapt to different roles.
