农村社区建设与社会参与——基于文献综述的研究

建设社会主义新农村是我国的一项重要战略．农村的社区建设是其建设过程中的重要组成部分。时下农村社区建设还存在着诸多问题，究其根源，政府、中间组织和个人的角色扮演是主要问题所在。因此，如何提高农民的社区参与，如何实现农村社区建设广泛的社会参与，政府、居委会、企业和社会成员都需要积极对待，并从建设资金、服务设施、管理经验等诸多方面具体支持和广泛参与。

The Development of Rural Community and Social Participation——Based on the Research of Literature Reviews

The improvement of socialist new rural area is a vital strategy of China. Community development in rural area is an important component in this process. At present, there exit many problems in rural community development due to the roleplaying of the governments, middle organizations and individuals community development. Therefore, regarding how to improve the farmers＇ community involvement and achieve the broad social participation in rural community development, the governments, neighborhood committees, enterprises and social members need to approach it actively, with specific support and broad participation from many aspects, such as the construction funds, service facilities and management experiences.
